Our first gathering is built around Letting Go—the practice of releasing tension, expectations, control, or whatever you may be carrying. This is a space to explore your relationship with surrender through on and off the pole practices to deepen your connection to yourself, your practice, and your feminine. If you’ve been craving a more intentional relationship with your pole practice—or a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself & others—this is your invitation.
Level: Our circles are open to all levels with some experience dancing in heels, and who can meet the following skill pre-requisites: Climb, Sit, Jasmine.
