Heels Chorey

Yuhua

Friday, May 22 | 7-8:30PM
Level: High Beginner/Intermediate

Heels choreo workshop focused on power, fluidity, and intentional musicality. Students will learn a piece designed to feel empowering and attainable with variations for each level.

We will emphasize finished lines, textures, and personal interpretation rather than difficulty.

By the end of class, everyone will walk away with a full choreo they can film, repeat, and embody.

Prerequisites: Students should be comfortable dancing in heels, have basic static foundations like fan kick, spins, tilts, but no need for flips/kips.

Accessorizing Foundations

Minette

Friday, May 22 | 8:30-10PM
Level: High Beginner/Intermediate

Accessorizing foundations is a workshop that will focus on adding stylistic flair to the practical, foundational movements of pole, such as walks, climbs and inverts. Throughout this workshop, we will navigate familiar movements and explore ways of making them new again. Ever wonder how a particular dancer manages to look mesmerizing even when “just walking” or “just inverting”? If you’re looking to catch someone’s eye without pulling out a single trick, then this workshop is for you.

We’ll be diving deep into weight transfers, as well as how to utilize our hair and upper body to create seamless transitions. Ideas for accessorizing will be given, but this workshop will also invite you to slow down and find what works best for your body.

Prerequisites: Able to walk, climb and chopper invert comfortably. Options will be provided.

Sacred Seduction

Sakura

Sunday, May 24 | 11-12:45PM
Level: Intermediate

This choreography-based pole workshop centers on magnetism, tension, and intentional movement.

We’ll explore wraps, grounded transitions, controlled floor moments, and powerful pauses — learning how to command attention without chasing it.

This is not about tricks. It’s about energy.

We’ll layer musicality, eye focus, and emotional texture so you don’t just perform the choreography — you inhabit it.

Come ready to move with intention. Come ready to be felt.

Seductive Showstopper Tricks

Kiana

Sunday, May 24 | 1-2:15PM
Level: Intermediate+

In this workshop, you’ll learn a curated collection of Kiana’s personal go-to showstopper tricks and combos, and how to make them undeniably seductive. You’ll explore a mix of hard-hitting shapes, flowy transitions, and sequences designed to captivate and mesmerize any crowd.

You Can Expect:

  • Kiana’s signature tricks and stage-ready combos that consistently hit
  • Simple techniques to add sensual detail and performance texture
  • Exploration of both static and spin pole to build versatile, adaptable stage work

Heels are mandatory for this workshop. Come ready with your sexiest ‘fits and let’s turn your tricks into seductive showstoppers!

Prerequisites: Outside & Inside Leg Hang.

Kips & Drops Intensive

Anna

Sunday, May 24 | 2:30-4PM
Level: Intermediate+

This dynamic workshop focuses on proper technique for safe, powerful kips and controlled high-impact drops. Build confidence in your timing, engagement, and mechanics while learning explosive transitions to elevate your combos . We’ll combine these elements into a few bold, high-energy sequences you can integrate into your choreographies. Heels and knee pads required.

Prerequisites: Must be comfortable in heels, heels mandatory.

Example tricks: variations of kips from floor and from low pole spins (“classic” kip from pike, forward roll kip, back spiral into kip, ninja kick drop, split drop variations). Options will be provided based on level.
