Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. 

Payment Terms

If you chose a payment plan, please refer to the payment due dates and details in your booking. If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days, your place on the event may be forfeited.

All payments must be completed 45 days before your retreat starts. Failure to complete payments 45 days before your retreat will be considered a late cancellation and our Cancellation & Refunds policy below will apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation 90 days or more before your event start date:

  • Cancellation fee of $250 USD applies, taken from your deposit
  • Remaining deposit after cancellation fee is held in credit and can be used on any online or offline fEMBODY Experiences event, product or service
  • Any additional non-deposit payments will be refunded

Cancellation 45-89 days before your before your event start date:

  • Cancellation fee of $400 USD applies, taken from your deposit
  • Remaining deposit after cancellation fee is held in credit and can be used on any online or offline fEMBODY Experience’s event, product or service
  • Any additional non-deposit payments refunded

Cancellation 44 days or less before your event start date:

  • Full deposit amount is non-refundable
  • Any additional non-deposit payments will be held in credit and can be used on any online or offline fEMBODY Experience’s event, product or service

No-show:

  • If you do not attend your retreat, and did not give notice in writing of a cancellation prior to the start date, this is considered a no-show and all payments will be forfeited.

If your retreat is cancelled by fEMBODY Experiences for any reason (we may cancel up to 45 days before the Arrival Date for any reason), you can transfer deposits and additional payments to an alternate event or receive a full refund. In case of any cancellation for any reason, we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, unfavourable exchange rate fluctuations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 14 days to receive it back to your original payment method.
