fEMBODY Experiences Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your trust in booking and purchasing with fEMBODY Experiences. Please read our policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.

In-Person & Online Events (Workshops, Retreats, Special Events, Classes)

Refunds:
All event purchases are non-refundable. This strict policy allows us to plan and deliver exceptional experiences for every participant.

Event Credits:
If you are unable to attend a booked event, you may receive a full credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied towards any future event, class, or workshop hosted by fEMBODY Experiences. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability.

Event Changes & Cancellations by fEMBODY:
In rare cases where an event must be canceled, relocated, or rescheduled (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as early as possible and provide you with alternative options, such as credit transfers or rescheduling.

Packages & Physical Products

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied:

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, contact: info@fembodyexperiences.com with your order number and reason for the return. Instructions and a return label (if applicable) will be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
